Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your shopping experience!
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return most items within 30 days of receiving your order. Just make sure they're in their original condition.

You can cancel your order within 30 days of receiving it, no reason required.
To cancel, just let us know by emailing online@hdbiopak.com or calling +1 778-297-1248.
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 14 days using the same payment method you used, at no extra cost to you.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
The item was purchased within the last 30 days.
It is still in its original packaging.

The following items cannot be returned:
Custom or personalized items.
Items that, by nature, cannot be returned.
Opened items that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.
Items that have been mixed with other products and cannot be separated.

We may decline returns at our discretion if they don’t meet these conditions.
Refunds apply only to regular-priced items. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable unless required by law.

If you refuse a package, we will issue a refund for the order amount, but please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
Additionally, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the package back to our warehouse. We do not provide return shipping labels.
